Cozy house in secluded sur­ro­un­dings, just 500 meters from the beach. There’s plenty to do when you spend your holiday in this lovely summer house. The beach is just 500 meters away, and the center of Løkken is also nearby, while the house itself is well-equipped with de­light­ful details such as a sauna, a hot tub, a fireplace, and play fa­ci­li­ties in the green garden. The house's kitchen and bathroom were renovated in early 2024.

Welcome inside
It’s clear that the summer house has been well-main­tai­ned, with each of the 78 m² being neat and well-kept. Thanks to the light color tones and large windows, the at­mosp­he­re is airy and inviting, and the lovely view of the green sur­ro­un­dings certainly con­tri­bu­tes to the great sense of space. The house has three bedrooms, so a total of six people can gather in the house. The largest room in the house is, un­sur­pri­sing­ly, the living room, which is a lovely high-ceilinged lounge with com­fortab­le furniture, a fireplace, and a well-equipped open kitchen area. Finally, there is the bathroom, which, in addition to a practical washing machine, also offers a hot tub and sauna, so you can unwind and fully enjoy your holiday days.

Enjoy life outside
As soon as the sun is shining and the tem­pe­ra­tu­re rises, it’s perfect to move the vacation outdoors to the lovely terraces waiting on several sides of the summer house. The plot is quite large, measuring 2564 m², so there’s plenty of room to frolic on the lawn. The youngest ho­li­day­ma­kers may also ap­pre­ci­a­te the swings and sandpit in the garden, while the adults can enjoy the fact that the car can safely be parked in the carport when the ball games are underway. In the garden, you’ll find an outdoor hot tub, which can also be used during your stay.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On Al­vil­da­vej, you’ll stay won­der­ful­ly secluded in peaceful and scenic sur­ro­un­dings. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk there in just a few minutes, so it's easy to take a dip in the North Sea several times a day. It’s hard to tire of building sandcast­les and walking along the coast, but if you still need a change, you can continue to the spa town of Løkken, which is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away. Here, you can shop for dinner, sit down at a good re­stau­rant, or simply stroll along the pe­de­stri­an street to enjoy the cozy holiday at­mosp­he­re.

Remember that you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby beds from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
