Draget in South Thy is a wonderful place for a holiday – espe­ci­al­ly when staying in this cozy summer house, located right on the shore of the Limfjord.

Welcome inside
The summer house plot leads directly down to the beach, so behind the garden’s trees you can enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord’s blue waters. The scenic sur­ro­un­dings can be ap­pre­ci­a­ted from the living room, which has windows facing both north and south. The living room is also where you’ll notice the mo­der­niza­tion carried out in 2021: the floors, the open kitchen area, and the fur­nis­hin­gs have all been refreshed so you can truly relax and feel at home. The living room features a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump helps maintain a com­fortab­le indoor tem­pe­ra­tu­re. The floor plan also includes a bathroom and three bedrooms, ac­com­modat­ing a total of six people.

Enjoy life outside
You have plenty of space around you on the 2,326 m² plot – and your private area even borders the beach, so you can enjoy the fjord up close. Lunch can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace, unless you prefer to take it all the way down to the water. If you have children with you, they will surely enjoy playing among the trees on the property.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With the house just 100 meters from the water’s edge, it’s natural to start the day with a swim in the fresh fjord water – or at least to enjoy the view of the open water. The small summer house area at Draget lies pea­ce­ful­ly and beau­ti­ful­ly in the sout­her­n­most part of Thy, which also means you have easy access to Thyholm and can continue on to visit Lemvig, Holstebro, or other charming towns. It’s also a great idea to spend the entire holiday in Thy, whether you simply explore the local area or go on longer day trips. A visit to Doverodde Købmandsgård or Sydthy Kurbad comes recom­men­ded, and both the North Sea and Thy National Park are must-see desti­na­tions when va­ca­tio­ning in this region.
