In the kitchen, you’ll find not one but two large re­fri­ge­ra­tors with freezers. The house also includes a luxury sauna, a large spa bath, and is allergy-friendly. Note that there is a wood-burning stove in the large living room. Eve­ryt­hing is furnished to an ex­cep­tio­nal­ly high standard, and the house is only rented out for a few months each summer. The property boasts a large, beautiful lawn perfect for games and play. On the spacious terraces facing south and west, you can always find shelter — and enjoy long summer evenings when the weather allows. In addition to a custom-built hot tub on the terrace, the house is also fully equipped with all terrace furniture.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the house and grounds, you have views over the area and out across the Limfjord all the way to Agger Tange and the North Sea. The holiday home is located in the popular Kjærgaarden holiday area by the Limfjord in Thy. Kjærgaarden offers communal areas including pétanque courts, a play­gro­und, and mini-golf courses. The fjord is less than 400 meters from the house. All in all, a wonderful location.
