Lovely house in Kjærgaarden with a hot tub and close proximity to the fjord
House-ID: LF212In a peaceful corner of the Kjærgaarden holiday home area, this lovely summer house is ready to welcome vacation guests. Inside, the rooms are filled with coziness and relaxation, and on the property, a wilderness hot tub, fire pit, and swing set make outdoor life extra enjoyable – not to mention the beautiful view of the Limfjord just a few hundred meters away.
Welcome inside
The blue-painted wooden summer house is the kind of place where you immediately feel at home: both comfort and a cozy atmosphere were considered when designing the rooms, and everything—from the wood-burning stove to the fjord view—comes together beautifully. Most of your social moments during the holiday will likely take place in the living area, where the living room and kitchen are open to each other. The three lovely bedrooms offer sleeping space for four people and a child, and when you and your loved ones wake up after a good night’s sleep, you can enjoy a refreshing shower in the bathroom before the day really begins.
Enjoy life outside
Everything breathes peace and idyll on the summer house plot, which features a delightful terrace area, a nice lawn, and a carport for your car. Part of the terrace is raised above the sloping ground, offering views over the surrounding greenery and out towards the fjord. For the children, there is a swing, and the fire pit can be a hit for all family members who love outdoor life and cooking outdoors. You can also use the charcoal grill if you want to prepare summer dinners outside—and if you enjoy outdoor wellness, you can relax fully in the wilderness hot tub.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is nicely situated on the quiet, closed Ingersvej. It takes about five minutes to walk to Kjærgaarden’s playground and the green common areas, which feature both mini golf and a pétanque court. The walk down to the beach is also quick if you want to take a dip in the Limfjord or simply enjoy the view from the water’s edge. If you like hiking and cycling, you can look forward to exploring Sydthy—not only the immediate area but also, for example, the southern end of Thy National Park. If you surf, you have both Krik Vig and the waves of the North Sea to enjoy, and whether you want to dine at a Michelin restaurant in Agger or play golf in Hurup, it’s easy to get there.
