Both inside and out, you’ll find plenty of lovely spots to relax in this charming holiday home on Monicasvej in Trend. So depending on the weather and season, you can already look forward to cosy moments by the wood-burning stove, wellness time in the spa and sauna, delicious barbecue dinners on the terrace, and peaceful breaks in the lush garden.

Welcome inside
The dark wooden facade, white windows, and red pitched roof give the holiday home a pretty, classic look – and the same inviting atmosphere greets you indoors. The living room and kitchen are openly connected, so even while you're preparing meals, you can easily join in the family conversation around the dining table or keep an eye on the kids playing on the living room floor. If you’re off kitchen duty, you might be tempted to curl up with a good book in the armchair by the fireplace – or perhaps a relaxing soak in the spa or a visit to the sauna is just what you need. The wellness bathroom is supplemented by a guest toilet, and with three bedrooms, the layout is ideal for six people.

Enjoy life outside
Monicasvej ends in a cul-de-sac right by the house, and the large, lush plot makes this an unspoiled and tranquil oasis to enjoy summer life. A partially covered terrace wraps around the house, but you can also relax on a garden bench or in a sun lounger if you want to be even closer to the grass and greenery. The greenhouse has been furnished with garden furniture and wooden flooring rather than plants – which is lucky for you, as it serves as a delightful garden room on a sunny autumn day or a bright summer evening.

Get up close to the local attractions
From the house, it’s only about 400 metres to Trend Strand – a long, child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water. In the right wind conditions, it attracts not only families with children but also surfers, and if you dream of catching dinner yourself, fishing is also an option in the area. In nearby Ertebølle, you can visit the Stone Age Centre, while Rønbjerg offers a water park, and a ferry trip to the car-free Limfjord island of Livø is another great outing during your stay in Trend. If the kids dream of visiting Randers Regnskov, or if you'd like to explore the northern capital Aalborg, that’s certainly possible too.
