This bright and well-main­tai­ned holiday home is set high in the coastal landscape right by Lyby Strand. That means you'll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the Limfjord from both the living room and the terrace—and even two of the bedrooms let you wake up to the beautiful sight of blue waves and open sky.

Welcome inside
When the holiday home was built in 2010, it was perfectly po­si­tio­ned on the plot to make the most of the fjord view. The living room features a huge floor-to-ceiling window, and thanks to the open layout of the living and kitchen area, you can admire the wa­ter­sca­pe even while preparing meals. As mentioned, two of the three bedrooms also face the fjord, and one of them even has direct access to the terrace. The house is also equipped with good Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, and the large bathroom includes a luxurious spa bath.

Enjoy life outside
The beautiful sur­ro­un­dings are just as im­pres­si­ve when you're out on the terrace. Let your senses come alive as you breathe in the fresh fjord air, feel the warmth of the sun, and perhaps even hear the sound of the waves while you gaze out over the water. A partially covered tiled terrace runs along the house, and there's also a paved area at the front for parking. If you're bringing an electric car, charging is possible with your own cable.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The property is located at the end of a quiet road leading to Lyby Strand. To reach the water, just take the staircase down to the beach road and you'll be at the shore in no time—ready to jump off the jetty for a re­fres­hing swim. At the foot of the stairs, you’ll also find Ly­by­strand Krostue and Ice Café, where you can enjoy a good meal or an ice cream on the sunny terrace. Much of your holiday could easily unfold in these lovely sur­ro­un­dings, but it’s also worth exploring the area's scenic nature, visiting the historic Spøttrup Castle, or heading into Skive for a day in town.
