Welcome inside
The 127 m2 summer house was built in 1970 and has since been renovated, giving it a bright and modern look. The layout includes a sleeping area with five bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, the latter equipped with a washing machine if you need to clean ice or grass stains from your holiday wardrobe. The open kitchen, part of the large living room, features good ap­pli­an­ces. Here, natural light flows through and you have views of the green garden, and with a dining table, sofa area, and TV with Chro­mecast, it’s perfect for many cozy moments.

Enjoy life outside
The setting for your holiday life is just as wonderful outdoors on the 2515 m2 large and well-sheltered plot. Whether you want to relax in a garden chair or gather for an outdoor lunch, you have both a covered and an open terrace area to choose from, and the hot tub allows you to end the day with a warm bath under the stars. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can gather around the fire pit as darkness falls – perhaps after the whole family has shown their skills on the football pitch.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located in a small, quiet holiday home area very close to a footpath that leads straight down to the Limfjord and Knud Strand. SUP is a popular activity here at Kås Bredning, and the house comes with two SUP boards so you can head out on the water. There is also a bathing jetty nearby, and a walk along the beautiful coast is almost ob­liga­tory at least once a day. If you want some variety in your walks, you can also head to Spøttrup Castle, a well-preserved medieval castle with a beautiful garden and several exciting acti­vi­ties for both children and adults. About three ki­lo­me­ters away is Rødding, which has both a su­per­mar­ket and places to eat, and if you want to visit a larger town, you can drive to Skive in 20 minutes.
