Welcome inside
The proximity to the fjord and the green shores creates a very special at­mosp­he­re in the summer house, and espe­ci­al­ly from the large living room on the first floor, the view is truly amazing. Through the panoramic windows, you can look out over the open landscape to the northwest, and with bi­no­cu­lars at hand, you can follow the rich birdlife of the area while relaxing indoors. From the living room, you have access to two bedrooms and a covered balcony, while a bathroom and a third bedroom are located on the ground floor. Here you will also find a lovely kitchen-dining area that invites many cozy moments around the dining table – whether there is a fire in the wood stove or an open door leading out to the sun-drenched terrace.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house plot is de­light­ful­ly spacious, featuring a large green lawn for playing as well as a long driveway where several cars can easily park. A paved area on the south side of the house can quickly become your favourite spot if you want to soak up the sun and relax in a com­fortab­le garden chair. The terrace on the other side of the house is the perfect place to settle down when it’s the beautiful fjord view that decides where you want to be, and you can also find a secluded, fully covered area if dew falls or a summer shower passes by.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The fjord view is a loving reminder of just how close you really are to the water, and if you want to get all the way to the coast, it’s only about a five-minute walk before you arrive. Just 50 metres from the summer house you will find a large shared play­gro­und where the children can have fun while the adults enjoy the sur­ro­un­dings. From Kybehuse Beach, you can see towards the Sal­lings­und Bridge, which connects Salling with Mors – a trip you can take, for example, if you want to invite the family to Jesperhus Flower Park or go hiking with your better half in Legind Bjerge. A holiday in Kybehuse can easily include swimming and water sports like windsur­fing and kayaking, and nearby Glyngøre offers children and the young at heart Scan­di­navia’s largest water play­gro­und throug­hout the summer.
