Beautiful wellness and activity house with stunning Limfjord views – right on the wa­ter­front at Selde Vig

If you dream of staying right on the Limfjord for your next holiday, this is the perfect summer house for you. This large and stylish wellness and activity house is situated right on the wa­ter­front at Selde Vig, offering views from both the house and garden across the water towards the beautiful coasts of Fur, Mors, and Nord­s­al­ling.

Welcome inside
The 115 m² house has an inviting interior following a thorough renova­tion in 2022. One of the truly luxurious features is the wellness room, equipped with a spa bath and an infrared sauna – perfect for days when you want to relax and recharge. If you’re looking for more activity, the house offers plenty of options, including air hockey, darts, and a large table tennis table in the living room. The living room also features a large dining table and a cozy nook with a high table and bar stools. At the western end, you’ll find the sofa area with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. However, watching movies requires you to oc­ca­sio­nal­ly look away from the stunning Limfjord views revealed through the panoramic window. A well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, and the floor plan also includes a bathroom with a shower and three com­fortab­le bedrooms.
Please note that the owner provides a basket of firewood free of charge. Ad­di­tio­nal firewood can be purchased during your stay (the owner lives in the neig­h­bor­ing house).

Enjoy life outside
The outdoor fa­ci­li­ties are equally excellent, with a large, well-main­tai­ned plot and bre­ath­taking views over the Limfjord. A large lawn with football goals invites hours of fun, and there is also a shelter and a fire pit with cooking equipment if you want to cook under the open sky. You can relax on the south-facing terrace before lighting the grill and preparing for a lovely evening in the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Just 1.5 ki­lo­me­ters from the summer house is Branden Harbour, where you can take the short ferry trip over to Fur. There is a bike path all the way, so if you have brought bicycles, the trip is perfect on two wheels – giving you the chance to explore Nord­s­al­ling, which boasts natural gems like Eskov Strand and Grynderup Lake. If you enjoy swimming, fishing, or kayaking, this area is wonderful for a holiday, and you also have easy access to exciting and fun at­tra­ctions such as Spøttrup Castle, Hjerl Hede, and Jesperhus Flower Park.
