On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen are combined, featuring a wood-burning stove, high ceilings, and natural light from three di­rections. A bathroom is also located on this level, while the stairs lead up to a large and lovely sleeping area with charming sloped ceilings, mainly decorated in white. The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments are perfect for a family with children, with beds separated by a half wall and an extra mattress in a cozy alcove – plus ad­di­tio­nal sleeping spaces in the home’s spacious annex.

Enjoy life outside
The property offers eve­ryt­hing you need to enjoy mild or even warm weather: The lawn is large and flat, perfect for kids to play or challenge the adults to a game of Viking chess. If you want a relaxed moment with a good book, the hammock in the garden might be just the right spot – and there are also several lovely seating areas on the large and private terrace. Right by the driveway, there is a covered terrace, but chances are the terrace adjoining the living room will be your first choice when you want to sit sheltered. It is well protected by glass walls on two sides, creating an almost sunroom-like feeling where you can enjoy life.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the house, it’s only about 100 meters to the end of the private road Strand­da­len, where you’ll find a green communal area with soccer goals, a play­gro­und, a pétanque court, a barbecue hut, and shelters. You can also easily enter the forest for a peaceful walk – and naturally, finishing the day at the beach is a must, where you can take a dip from the bathing jetty or simply enjoy the view over the Limfjord. Eskov Strand­park is located at the nort­her­n­most tip of Salling, so you are close to Branden if you want to take the small ferry for a trip to Fur. A visit to Glyngøre might also tempt you, and if the children want to be spoiled, Jesperhus Flower Park is just a half-hour drive away.
