In the peaceful and scenic holiday home area of Vendal, this charming holiday cottage is ready to welcome you. The house is cosy and nicely decorated, and it’s located in second row to the Limfjord, so from the terrace you can look out over the green plot and enjoy views of the water.

Welcome inside
The holiday home has been con­ti­nuous­ly updated – including in 2016, when the layout was expanded, giving you a total of 69 m² of indoor space. A lovely living room with a vaulted ceiling was added, featuring large windows that let in plenty of daylight and offer views of the sur­ro­un­ding nature. The living room connects openly to a cosy kitchen-dining area with a wood-burning stove, and the layout also includes a bathroom with a shower and three good-sized bedrooms, ac­com­modat­ing up to six people in total.

Enjoy life outside
When the weather invites outdoor play and re­laxa­tion, the 2,510 m² plot is the perfect place to spend your time. Trees and bushes provide beautiful natural shelter around the property – although the ve­ge­ta­tion has been kept low to the west, pre­ser­ving the view of the fjord. The lawn is ideal for garden games or a midday nap on a soft blanket, and if you’d rather relax in a garden chair, there are several terrace areas around the house. On the eastern side, the terrace is screened to create a sheltered courtyard at­mosp­he­re, while to the west, you can enjoy the late afternoon sun and the view of the Limfjord.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If the view tempts you to get closer to the water, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Limfjord. From the quiet cul-de-sac of Rylevej, several paths lead down to the beach – making it easy to take the walk at least once a day. Vendal offers peace and tranquil­li­ty, making it a lovely place to relax. But if you're looking for a more active holiday, bring along your bikes, running shoes, kayak or SUP board. Kås Hoved is a beautiful spot for hiking, and if you’re heading out by car, you can visit the im­pres­si­ve medieval Spøttrup Castle, the open-air museum Hjerl Hede, or Jesperhus Flower Park. Shopping is easily done in nearby towns like Lihme and Lem.
