Welcome to this lovely holiday home, located on a large, secluded plot just 150 meters from Vendal Strand. You don't even need to take the short walk down to enjoy the view of the water, as both the house and terrace offer beautiful views over Lim­fjor­den and the stunning coastal landscape.

The view and the at­tra­cti­ve location are certainly not the only qualities of this holiday home. It is a beautiful and well-built property with a spa, sauna, and many other great features. The house spans a spacious 94 m2. The hot tub and sauna are part of a large bathroom, which also has a shower niche, perfect for starting the day with a re­fres­hing morning shower. A washing machine and dryer are located in the entrance hall, and from here, there is access to a guest toilet. Finally, the house offers a welcoming living room with high ceilings, light wooden paneling on the walls, a wood-burning stove, energy-saving heat pump, and a large south-facing window section with a garden door leading to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, and while you're brewing coffee or peeling potatoes, you can enjoy the view of Lim­fjor­den and the green holiday home area.

Enjoy life outside
A massive wooden terrace extends around three sides of the house, so you can sit exactly where the sun and shelter are best. During the day, it's wonderful to relax in the garden furniture with an exciting crime novel or a nice lunch while enjoying the holiday at­mosp­he­re and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. And if you'd like to stay outside late in the evening after grilling and admiring the sunset to the west, you can move to the covered area of the terrace.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the large natural plot of the holiday home, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, so much of the holiday can easily be spent by the water's edge. You can follow the coastline towards Gyldendal Harbor, where you can enjoy the cozy maritime at­mosp­he­re and grab a bite to eat at the local re­stau­rant. Shopping can easily be done in Lihme, and if you're into fishing and want to try catching your own dinner, the local area offers great fishing con­di­tions. From the holiday home, you can hike up to Vendal Høj to admire the views of the pi­c­tu­resque landscape, and you can even continue along marked paths to Kås if you're up for a longer excursion.
