Welcome inside
When you’re not down at the beach or out exploring the beautiful local area, it’s a real pleasure to unwind in this 100 m² holiday home. In the living room, you can enjoy a sunny spot in the bay window with a cup of coffee – unless you prefer lounging in the cosy sofa corner with a good movie playing on the flatscre­en TV by the warmth of the wood-burning stove. If you enjoy cooking, the open kitchen is well-equipped and inviting, and you can also treat yourself to wellness and total re­laxa­tion in the spa and sauna in the home’s large bathroom. At the end of the day, you can settle into one of the three good bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed, and two single beds re­specti­ve­ly.

Enjoy life outside
The 1,500 m² plot is beau­ti­ful­ly framed by dense border planting, which provides shelter and privacy from neig­h­bouring pro­per­ties. The car can be parked in the gravel driveway, and the lawn offers plenty of space for games and play. The youngest guests can enjoy the swing and sandbox, and the whole family can soak up the sun in the garden chairs on the partially covered terrace.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Sølvmågevej is a quiet cul-de-sac ending right by the holiday home, and the plot borders open fields, adding to the peaceful and serene at­mosp­he­re. From the house, it only takes five minutes on foot to reach the Limfjord, where you can swim, collect beautiful seashells, go for long walks, or simply admire the view across the fjord. In the area, you can fish and enjoy a variety of water sports, and if you’re up for surfing, the North Sea beaches along the Cold Hawaii coast are within com­fortab­le driving distance.
