Description
Spacious and elder swimming-pool house for 17 persons with sauna located on a large plot in rural surroundings in the outskirts of the small village of Østerhuse on North Langeland. The house is 2-storeyed and is decorated cosily with elder furniture. The pool section is located in a separate building 25 metres away from the house. Here you find the large swimming-pool (50 m2), a sauna and a bathroom with shower. The pool section is heated by a heat pump. The ground floor in the main building contains a large combined living and dining room with visible beams, woodburning stove and access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is a separate kitchen with 2 ovens and a dining section, 2 bathroom and 4 bedrooms, one of which is a passage room. The 1st floor includes another 2 bedrooms, a guest toilet and a cosy living room with TV. From here a large panorama terrace can be accessed from where you can enjoy the view across the garden and the surrounding fields.
The area
The house is located in calm and idyllic surroundings close to a nice sandy beach. Langeland is known for its beautiful nature, the peacefulness and calmness which you can sense as soon as you cross the bridge to Langeland. Tranekær is a special place with the traditional timber-framed houses and Tranekær Castle which is worth a visit.
