Step inside

Inside, the house is full of character, with plenty of different spaces in which to find your own favourite spot. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, allowing the family to spend time together or spread out when everyone wants to do their own thing. One of the living rooms even has a piano, adding to the di­stin­cti­ve at­mosp­he­re of the house. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals for the whole family, and one of the three bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms as well as a large landing with com­fortab­le armchairs. It is a lovely place to retreat with a book or simply relax, and the landing can also be used for sleeping. Perhaps the most at­mosp­he­ric room of all is the beautiful con­ser­va­tory, which is likely to become a favourite place to spend many hours of your holiday.

And with the water only around 700 metres away, it is easy to grab a towel and head off for a day at the beach, a re­fres­hing swim or a walk along the coast.

The area is par­ti­cu­lar­ly known for the wide sandy beach at Ristinge and its excellent swimming con­di­tions, while the sur­ro­un­ding co­un­trysi­de is ideal for walking and cycling. Take a trip to Ristinge Klint, for example, where you can enjoy beautiful views across the South Funen Ar­chipela­go. From here, it is also easy to explore the rest of Southern Langeland. Head south to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the wild horses, Dovns Klint and the charming harbour at­mosp­he­re of Bagenkop, or travel north to Rudkøbing for shops, cafés and pi­c­tu­resque old streets.
