This very cozy town house is in the old town of Rudkoebing, close to the harbor and good shopping. The house has two floors and has been rennovated in 2019. On the ground floor there are a hall, kitchen area, which is in open with the dining and living room with 2 sleeping places on a double sofa bed. There is a door to the small courtyard behind the house. Here there is a fishing table and garden furniture and barbecue. In the small outbuilding there is a combined washer and dryer and a freezer. On the 1st floor there are a large room with 2 sleeping places and a further small room and a good bathroom with floor heating. All in all, a super charming property, which is the perfect starting point for various activities and excursions on Langeland and Funen.
The area
Rudkøbing is Langeland´s ”capital” and is an idyllic town with built-together houses, paved alleys, many shops, museums, galleries and restaurants as well as a nice beach. The marina Rudkøbing Skudehavn with the many sailors and the traffic harbour create a maritime atmosphere. Langeland´s golf course is 20 kilometres away, and Tranekær Castle is only 7 km away from the town.
