Really nice holiday home from 2017, located on the northern part of Langeland in Hou with panoramic views to the water and only 30 meters from the beach. There are panoramic views from both the terrace as well from the house. When the weather is fine you can see the Storebælt Bridge and there is daily activity of ships. The house contains an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom with washing machine. In addition, there is a well equipped kitchen in opening with the dining room and the large living room with wood burning stove and energy efficient heat pump. From both the living room and dining room there is access to the terrace. From the kitchen leads stairs to the attic with good ceiling height and 2 single beds. On the southern part of the terrace is a table to clean fish and access to a bathroom. Furthermore there is an annex with a double bed. There are good opportunities for anglers in the area. The lovely nature invites to hikes or excursions in the area.
The area
The holiday home area Hou is situated on Langeland´s northernmost tip. The area is not very large and is perfect if you want to spend a calm and peaceful holiday. The beach near Hou is child-friendly and offers good opportunities for fishing. 4 km away from the area you find Lohals with shopping facilities, restaurant and a small harbor.
