This beautiful, two-story holiday home is located in Josefines Have, a neig­h­bor­hood with both town and holiday homes designed by the architect Jørgen Ussing. This lovely holiday home is perfect for a cozy city break, whether you're a family or one or two couples traveling together. The ground floor of the house features a modern kitchen with all the necessary ap­pli­an­ces, a lovely living area with a dining space, a seating area, and a stunning fireplace in the middle of the room, which can be enjoyed from multiple angles. All the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and there is also a beautiful bathroom with a small hot tub for a maximum of two people. The house is generally well-main­tai­ned, light, and modern in its decor. Feel free to bring tablets from home, as you can use the wireless network, which will surely be ap­pre­ci­a­ted by children and teenagers.

Enjoy life outside
The house is located at the end of the street, which means it is private with several lovely terraces. From the living room, there is access to a beautiful south-facing terrace, and on the other side, there is a cozy enclosed courtyard area, offering the option to find either sun, shade, or shelter. The house is very close to the center of Løkken, and the beach is not far, where during the day, you might be lucky enough to get freshly caught fish for dinner. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill are available, and you can use the house's carport and park an extra car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The town of Løkken has several re­stau­rants, cafes, and shops to choose from, as well as a number of antique shops in the area. Løkken Beach is family-friendly, and the area around the harbor is car-free, making it par­ti­cu­lar­ly good if you have small children with you. On the outskirts of the town is Action House, where you can bowl, play, go go-karting, or try a round of paintball if the weather turns rainy one day. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town, the sur­ro­un­ding area offers some of North Jutland's best at­tra­ctions: Faarup Som­mer­land, Børglum Kloster, Rubjerg Knude, and Family Farm Fun Park, just to name a few.
