Newly renovated pool house over­look­ing the beautiful dunes and North Sea at Kettrup Bjerge

A large, well-located holiday home with pool area, excellent terraces and walking distance to the beach in beautiful Kettrup Bjerge. The house underwent renova­tion in autumn 2025.

Welcome inside
This at­tra­cti­ve holiday home is situated high up. You reach the entrance via a steep driveway, but in return you can enjoy views over the dunes and the North Sea from both the grounds and the house. There are 10 sleeping places divided among four bedrooms and two bathrooms, so whether you are a large family or two smaller families, you can easily stay here together. The holiday home is built on split levels, with the kitchen and dining area a few steps above the living room, which features a lovely wood-burning stove, TV and com­fortab­le sofas for relaxing. Adjacent to the dining area is the pool area, and with a washing machine and tumble dryer available, you can always be sure to have clean, dry towels for all your swims. In addition, there is access to a 1000/1000 Mbit internet con­nection, so feel free to bring tablets and PCs for days when the weather invites indoor acti­vi­ties.

Pool room
Adjacent to the kitchen-dining area is the holiday home’s pool area, where both young and old can spend hours splashing, swimming and playing. When tiredness sets in, it’s wonderful to relax in the hot tub or warm up in the adjoining sauna. One of the home’s two bathrooms, with shower, is also located here.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is set on a large, un­du­lat­ing dune plot with marram grass and wonderful views of the landscape and the sea. There is plenty of space for play and acti­vi­ties, and the terraces offer ample op­portu­ni­ty to sit com­ple­te­ly un­dis­tur­bed in the sun and enjoy the Danish summer. Several of the terraces are covered, inviting you to long evenings with barbecues and cosy moments.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you have always dreamed of a holiday by the North Sea, you won’t get much closer than this, with only 250 metres to the water’s edge and the white sandy beach at Kettrup. This part of the west coast is popular with kite flyers, and those who prefer to avoid the large, busy beaches will ap­pre­ci­a­te being able to swim and relax in the calmer sur­ro­un­dings here. The area is also a favourite among nature lovers; the un­du­lat­ing landscape, with its many excellent viewpo­ints and op­portu­ni­ties to get close to nature and wildlife, attracts many visitors. The nearest town is Saltum, where you can do your daily shopping, visit small spe­ci­a­li­ty shops and drop by some of the galleries along the main road.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly from the office and return them to us once your holiday has come to an end.
