Welcome inside: The holiday home has an entrance, a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen features light-colored cabinetry with a dark co­un­ter­top, along with a cozy small dining area. It is equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer. The spacious and cozy living room has a newer wood pellet stove and access to a large, lovely wooden terrace. The room also includes a sofa and armchairs, a cozy dining nook, and a TV with the Waoo Flex TV package, which includes Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. The bright, newly renovated bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and un­der­floor heating. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds. The house is heated with a wood pellet stove and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The house is located on a 1613 m² plot. Great attention has been paid to the outdoor areas, including a lovely wooden terrace with a view of the entire property. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there are several good paved terraces where you can choose between sun or shade. From the upper part of the garden, you can see the water. The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located in the charming Røsnæs Strand­park area. The house is elevated yet very private, with no direct views from neig­h­bor­ing pro­per­ties. It is set on a secluded plot in an at­tra­cti­ve summer house area, just 300 meters from the beach. The house is situated on the northern side of the beautiful Røsnæs peninsula, not far from an 18-hole golf course. Røsnæs is both striking­ly beautiful, rugged, wild, and serene, offering fantastic views over the sea and fjord. The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Ka­lund­borg and is the wester­n­most point of Zealand. The beach is just 300 meters away, and the nearest grocery store is 3.3 km. Ka­lund­borg, an harbor town located 8 km from the house, offers many shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants, and acti­vi­ties.
