Welcome inside
The interior is bright, stylish and modern, with a strong focus on comfort and quality. The open-plan kitchen and living room flow naturally together, creating a wonderful gathering space for the whole family. The large sliding doors in the living room can be fully opened, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend seam­les­s­ly on warm days. The house is energy-efficient and heated by an air-to-water heat pump, providing com­fortab­le un­der­floor heating throug­hout the entire house. In addition, there is an air-to-air heat pump in the living room as well as a wood-burning stove that adds extra cosiness on cooler days.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, you will find two lovely covered terraces – one facing south and one facing north – so you can always find both sun and shelter. Here, you can truly enjoy your holiday with morning coffee, barbecues and long summer evenings. The garden is fenced, providing a safe en­viron­ment for your four-legged friends. The elevated location also offers a special sense of tranquil­li­ty along with beautiful views of the sur­ro­un­ding landscape and the Limfjord.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located on charming Øland – a scenic area by the Limfjord known for its peace and local charm. From the house, you can walk to Gl­ar­bor­gen, an exciting activity and recre­a­tion area located in Øland Forest, featuring a play­gro­und, fire pit and great op­portu­ni­ties for both play and exercise. In the sur­ro­un­ding area, you will also find several hi­sto­ri­cal and scenic at­tra­ctions. Visit the beautiful Oxholm Mill, which today stands as a local landmark and tells the story of the area’s history. You can also explore Oxholm Church or visit the im­pres­si­ve manor houses such as Kokkedal Castle and Bratskov, the latter dating all the way back to the Middle Ages. A trip across the dam between Øland and Gjøl is also highly recom­men­ded – here you will ex­pe­ri­en­ce the unique landscape of the Limfjord and the open light of North Jutland. In other words, this is the perfect setting for a holiday filled with tranquil­li­ty, nature and exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces close by.

Remember that you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
