The house sits high in the landscape, offering views of the North Sea through the trees to the north, while you can enjoy peaceful and private sur­ro­un­dings on the large 2,980 m² natural plot.

Welcome inside

The holiday home is a beautiful build from 2021 with a black-painted wooden façade and a flat roof. Connected to the building is a garage that leads you directly into the entrance hall. Inside, the rooms share the same simple elegance, and with light colour tones, large windows, and un­der­floor heating throug­hout, the at­mosp­he­re feels bright and welcoming.

In the living area, the layout is open, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful natural light, the warm glow of the fireplace, and each other’s company. The modern kitchen is equipped with a wide range of fa­ci­li­ties – including a Quooker that delivers boiling water instantly – and near the sofa hangs a large flat-screen TV with cable channels and Chro­mecast. The largest of the home’s two bathrooms features a bathtub, and the mini­ma­list, stylish interior design continues throug­hout all four bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside

A large terrace surrounds the entire holiday home, making it easy to find the perfect spot to enjoy the sun throug­hout the day. Most of the wooden terrace is open, but there are also covered areas where you can sit after dinner while the sky slowly darkens and the birds from the natural sur­ro­un­dings sing their evening songs. In spring 2022, the outdoor area was expanded with an ad­di­tio­nal terrace and pergola in the shelter area, where meals can also be enjoyed alongside cosy bonfire moments and sun­bat­hing.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

When you spend your holiday in this home, you have an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings of Jam­mer­bug­ten. In Svinkløv Plan­ta­tion you can enjoy lovely walks or challenge yourself on the 21-kilometre MTB route. If you wish to swim in the North Sea, both Slet­te­strand and Svinkløv Beach are easily ac­ces­sib­le, and from the top of Svinkløvene you will be rewarded with specta­cu­lar views of the sea and coastline. If you are tra­vel­ling with children, the whole family can also enjoy a fun day at Fårup Som­mer­land near Blokhus, just a 30-minute drive from the holiday home.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
