At Sten­hus­vej 30, you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spa fa­ci­li­ties, a sauna and many other lovely details indoors. At the same time, forest and beach are close by, as the house is almost a neighbour to Svinkløv Plantage and less than one kilometre from the roaring North Sea.

On days when you are in the mood for indoor comfort and total re­laxa­tion, it is a real treat to have a spa bath and sauna in the bathroom. The wood-burning stove in the living room also adds to the at­mosp­he­re, creating classic holiday-home charm and a cosy ambience as you relax on the sofa watching the flames dance. If you run out of coffee, you can easily brew a fresh pot in the open and well-equipped kitchen, where you can also prepare delicious meals when it is time to eat. The three bedrooms offer com­fortab­le sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments for up to six guests.

Enjoy life outside

The 1,102 m² natural plot is a wonderful place to spend time – whether you are enjoying the sunshine, playing in the sandbox, or relaxing on the terrace with views of rosehip bushes and tall pine trees. There are terraces facing both east and southwest, giving you great op­portu­ni­ties to find a sunny spot throug­hout the day. If you feel like preparing dinner outdoors, a grill is ready for cosy meals under the open sky.

As an extra luxury, the outdoor spa is in­te­gra­ted into the terrace and can be used all year round. Here, you can lean back in the warm water and truly unwind. Behind the sheltered terrace screening, you can sit com­ple­te­ly un­dis­tur­bed and enjoy the peace and sur­ro­un­ding nature – perhaps with a view of the stars on a clear evening or with the sound of the wind in the trees as your backdrop.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

From the quiet and enclosed holiday home area, it is easy to get out into nature. To the west lies Svinkløv Plantage, where active ho­li­day­ma­kers can follow marked hiking trails or explore the area by bike or mountain bike. There is also a bonfire area, forest play­gro­und and fitness trail. If a re­fres­hing dip in the North Sea tempts you, the local beach is just a short walk away.

In Slet­te­strand, you can enjoy an ice cream or dine at a re­stau­rant, and if you would like even more options, you can easily visit Svinkløv, Tranum Strand or other charming spots along Jam­mer­bug­ten.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
