Description
In Kollerup’s charming holiday home area, you now have the opportunity to enjoy a stay in this beautiful newly built house. Indoors, you can relax by the wood-burning stove or in the sauna, while outside, the wilderness bath helps extend the outdoor season on the large, south-facing terrace.
Welcome inside
This 102 m² holiday home was built in 2021 and features light wooden walls, high ceilings, and large windows – all contributing to a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. A modern, open kitchen adds a stylish touch to the living area, which also includes a dining table for eight and a lovely sofa corner with a wood-burning stove and a large flat-screen TV with Chromecast. It's also worth mentioning that the house has ultra-fast internet, making it easy to stream movies and series. The remaining rooms in the house are equally well-appointed and practical: all three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the mezzanine offers two comfortable box mattresses for extra sleeping space. There are two bathrooms in total, the larger of which features a spacious and inviting sauna.
Enjoy life outside
The setting for your holiday is just as wonderful outdoors, where a 1,600 m² natural plot awaits. Whether you prefer the covered or open terrace, you can settle into the garden furniture and enjoy the fresh air – and of course, you can also consider sinking into the outdoor wilderness bath. In almost any weather, it feels like a truly sensory experience to sit in the warm water and let the holiday peace soak in.If you're driving an electric car, it's also good to know that the property is equipped with a charging station.
Get up close to the local attractions
The holiday home is located on the quiet, dead-end road Poppelvej, which is the last street in the area before Kollerup Plantation. This makes it incredibly easy to head out into nature – whether you're planning a jog, a cycling trip, or a family-friendly forest walk with a packed lunch. You’ll also want to make your way to the beautiful beaches along Jammerbugten, as the coast is a must-visit when staying this close to the North Sea. Kollerup Beach is about five kilometres away, but both Svinkløv and Slettestrand are also worth exploring in the local area. For grocery shopping or a night out, the centre of Fjerritslev is just a short drive away, offering shops, restaurants, and a relaxed town vibe.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs and cots from us at Feriepartner Jammerbugt. Simply pick them up at our office and return them when your holiday is over.
