This large and at­mosp­he­ric former farmhouse offers a generous 410 m² and was ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1860 before un­der­go­ing a major renova­tion in 2008. With a total of 10 bedrooms, the house com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes up to 24 overnight guests, making it ideal for holidays with several families or for ce­le­brat­ing special occasions together.
Cooking is easy thanks to two cookers, and there are also two re­fri­ge­ra­tors available for food storage. The house features three bathrooms with shower cabins as well as an ad­di­tio­nal guest toilet. In one of the living rooms, you can enhance the cosy at­mosp­he­re by lighting the wood-burning stove, while children or teenagers can enjoy watching films un­dis­tur­bed in the second living room on the first floor.
Although the interior clearly reflects the property’s long history – with small windows, exposed ceiling beams, and charming tra­di­tio­nal farmhouse furniture – the house is also equipped with a wide range of modern con­ve­ni­en­ces, including a dis­hwas­her, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite TV, and wireless internet. Alt­o­get­her, this is a wonderful and well-fun­ctio­ning com­bi­na­tion of cosiness and pra­cti­ca­li­ty, old and new, modern comfort and authentic charm.

Enjoy life outside
The property is set on a very large plot with garden, courtyard, and a relaxing view over open fields with grazing cows. There is both an open and a covered terrace, and on the first floor you’ll also find a lovely balcony, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the Danish summer with barbecues, sun­bat­hing, and long, bright evenings.
The house is located in quiet and secluded sur­ro­un­dings, but please note that the grounds contain remnants from its former agri­cul­tu­ral use, and access is at your own re­spon­si­bi­li­ty.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Fjer­rits­lev is the nearest town and offers a good and varied selection of shops, and you can even keep up your golf handicap during the holiday. Løgstør, on the other side of the fjord, is also well worth a visit, with a wide range of summer acti­vi­ties within sport, culture, nature, and ga­stro­no­my – something for everyone.
The North Sea is about 10 km from the holiday home and is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth the drive. No matter the season or the weather, the vast sea is always fa­sci­nat­ing, whether you feel like a swim in the blue waves or a brisk walk along the shoreline searching for amber, shells, and beautiful stones. The entire area is full of small galleries and working artisans, so if you are looking for a special souvenir or a unique piece, you are sure to find it here. If the weather lets you down for a day, renting this house also gives you access to the fa­ci­li­ties at Idrætscenter Jam­mer­bugt in Fjer­rits­lev.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
