This modern quality holiday home from 2022 is bright and beau­ti­ful­ly furnished, offering a perfect layout for up to six people. Outside, you can enjoy life on the green plot, and you will also have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to stay active on the huge sports and play area in Tranum Ferieby.

Welcome inside

The 87 m² holiday home has a stylish ap­pea­ran­ce with untreated wooden cladding, a dark gabled roof, and large windows that provide wonderful natural light indoors. The interior is light and airy, creating a lovely at­mosp­he­re throug­hout the rooms – espe­ci­al­ly in the living area, which features high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, an in­te­gra­ted kitchen, and a loft. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has a double sofa bed. The high quality of the house is also evident in the spacious shower bathroom, and even the entrance hall is a well-designed and practical room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Enjoy life outside

The 1,395 m² plot is sur­ro­un­ded by pro­tecti­ve ve­ge­ta­tion, ensuring that terrace living and ball games on the lawn take place in peaceful and private sur­ro­un­dings. The large, partly covered wooden terrace extends to the south and west of the house, and garden furniture and sun loungers are available. A barbecue is also provided, so you can prepare meals outdoors and enjoy them under the open sky.

Shared area

The holiday home is located in a truly unique area where the shared outdoor space plays an important role. Here, you have excellent op­portu­ni­ties for an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions, and you can freely choose between a wide range of acti­vi­ties: 9-hole football golf, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, a krolf course with croquet holes, and disc golf. There are many options for football, both on the grass and on the street court, where ba­sket­ball hoops are also available. If you enjoy beach vol­ley­ball, that is also an option, and there are several fitness stations if you want to stay active.

For the youngest guests, there is a large sandbox, swings, a play tower, slide, playhouse, zip line, balance beam, climbing net, and seesaw. After a day of acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can light a fire, or enjoy an evening walk along the area’s walking and cycling paths that take you around the entire holiday area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Tranum Ferieby is located in some of the most beautiful nature in North Jutland. You can explore the sur­ro­un­dings directly from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum and follow the 11 km hiking route that leads all the way to Fosdalen. A walk along the North Sea is always recom­men­ded – or even a swim when the weather allows. Tranum Beach is only a few ki­lo­metres away, making a trip to the water an easy and enjoyable part of your daily holiday routine.

There are excellent op­portu­ni­ties to pick wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and mushrooms in the nearby plan­ta­tions, including the area around Bre­desan­de. In Tranum you can do your daily shopping, while the nearby towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev offer charming specialty shops and re­stau­rants throug­hout the year. If you want to play golf, go shopping in Aalborg, or try all the at­tra­ctions at Fårup Som­mer­land, these ex­pe­ri­en­ces are also within easy reach.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
