Cosy and well-equipped activity house with a lovely garden offering plenty of space for family fun

This holiday home at Kron­vildt­vej 20 is something of a dream house for families who love to play and have fun together. Part of the living area is designed as an activity room, and outside you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy your­sel­ves in the green garden – plus free access to Tranum Ferieby’s huge shared outdoor area with lots of com­pli­men­tary acti­vi­ties.

Welcome inside
The 120 m² holiday home is arranged so you can enjoy playing pool, Play­Sta­tion and table football, let the children play on the lofts, and generally fill your days with fun and social time together. At the same time, there is also room for quieter holiday moments: in the bright and welcoming living room, the sofas are perfect for settling down with a good book or a movie on the flat-screen TV – unless you prefer a nap in one of the four bedrooms or complete re­laxa­tion in the warm whirlpool and sauna. There are two bathrooms in the house, and all in all the layout is well suited for up to eight people, making it ideal for two families ho­li­daying together.

Enjoy life outside
From the living area, you have direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace that is sure to become a favourite spot when the sun is shining. There are also paved terrace areas around the house if you feel like changing location, and if you’d rather get up from the sun lounger and be active, you can challenge the family to a game of croquet or Viking chess. There is plenty of space for this on the green lawn of the 1,552 m² plot, which is tucked away at the end of a small side road off Kron­vildt­vej – yet only 100 metres from the holiday village’s fantastic shared area.

Common area with shared fa­ci­li­ties
The holiday home is located in a truly unique area where the shared fa­ci­li­ties play a major role. Here, there are excellent op­portu­ni­ties for an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions, and you can freely and unlimited choose between the following acti­vi­ties: a 9-hole football golf course, disc golf, a well-main­tai­ned mini golf course from 2022, and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for playing football, both on grass and on the street court, which also features ba­sket­ball hoops. If you enjoy beach vol­ley­ball, this is also available, and for keeping fit there are several different fitness stations. For the youngest guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip line, balance beam, climbing net and seesaw. After a day full of acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can light a fire, or enjoy an evening walk along the area’s walking and cycling paths that take you around the entire holiday village.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
In Tranum Ferieby, you and your family will certainly not run out of en­tertain­ment. On the shared area, you can play mini golf, disc golf, krolf, pétanque and football golf, compete in vol­ley­ball, ba­sket­ball and football, keep fit at the exercise fa­ci­li­ties, and enjoy the play­gro­unds. Of course, your outdoor holiday acti­vi­ties can also take place outside the holiday village – for example with scenic excur­sions to Fosdalen, Lien Bakker and the North Sea. Among the beautiful beaches of Jam­mer­bug­ten, Tranum Strand is the closest, but you can also take a cosy trip to the popular seaside town of Blokhus and perhaps even combine it with a visit to the amusement park Fårup Som­mer­land.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from our office and return them again once your holiday has come to an end.
