This 124 m² summer house offers many great features and is ideal for a family with children or two couples looking to spend quality time together. The heart of the home is the open kitchen with a dining area, where large windows can be fully opened to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the Danish summer to the fullest. The well-equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge, and from the cooking island, you can keep an eye on family acti­vi­ties while preparing meals. The striking black floors, made of slate and black-lacquered wood, run throug­hout the house, com­ple­men­ting the fur­nis­hin­gs and décor beau­ti­ful­ly.
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering ample space and comfort. As an extra luxury, there is a spa bath and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a wonderful day at the beach, in nature, or enjoying the many outdoor fa­ci­li­ties in the area.

Enjoy Life Outside
The living room’s large glass sections not only provide great natural light and scenic views but also direct access to the largest of the house’s two terraces. Here, there is plenty of space for everyone, and if you want to sunbathe in peace, you can relax behind the shel­te­ring wall. The garden sur­ro­un­ding the house features a lawn, ideal for play and ball games. If you're looking for more acti­vi­ties, you only need to walk to the end of the road, where a large play­gro­und and activity area awaits. Common area
The holiday home is located in a unique area where the common area plays a major role. Here you can enjoy an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions and you can freely and un­li­mi­ted­ly choose between the following acti­vi­ties; Football golf with 9 holes, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, Disc Golf and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, where there are also ba­sket­ball nets. If you fancy beach vol­ley­ball, this is also an option, and if you want to keep in shape, there are several fitness stations. For the younger guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip wire, balance beam, spider web and seesaw. After the day's acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can build a fire or enjoy an evening stroll on the hiking and cycling trail that takes you all around the area.

Get Up Close to the Local At­tra­ctions
Tranum Ferieby is located in some of North Jutland’s most stunning nature. You can explore directly from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum, where you can follow an 11 km hiking route leading all the way to Fosdalen, a bre­ath­taking natural area. A walk by the North Sea is also highly recom­men­ded—or even a swim if the weather allows. Tranum Beach is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away, making a trip to the coast an easy and enjoyable part of your daily holiday routine.
The sur­ro­un­ding forests and plan­ta­tions offer excellent op­portu­ni­ties for foraging wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and mushrooms, espe­ci­al­ly near Bre­desan­de, which is very close by. In Tranum, you’ll find grocery shopping options, while the nearby towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev offer specialty shops and re­stau­rants open year-round. If you’re looking for more acti­vi­ties, you can play golf, go shopping in Aalborg, or visit Fårup Som­mer­land, one of Denmark’s best amusement parks.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
