At Kron­vildt­vej 134, you'll find a spa and sauna in the bathroom and great play fa­ci­li­ties on the natural plot. Although the house is pea­ce­ful­ly located at the end of a closed road, you and your loved ones are just about 100 metres from Tranum Ferieby’s fantastic communal area, which offers a wealth of fun acti­vi­ties for family members of all ages.

Welcome inside
The holiday home’s beautiful and well-designed living area is the ideal gathering place. There’s plenty of space, lots of natural light, and tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs. The wood-burning stove is ready to spread warmth and coziness in the evening, and when the sun is shining, the patio doors make it easy to step outside. The open-plan kitchen creates a great setting for shared cooking moments, and if you're in a playful mood, you and the family can challenge each other to games of table football, air hockey, or pool. The layout includes a large bathroom and a smaller guest toilet, and the former is espe­ci­al­ly worth hig­hligh­ting, as it pampers you with both a spa bath and a sauna. There are three bedrooms in the house, and ad­di­tio­nal sleeping space on the loft, so there’s plenty of room for all your loved ones.

Enjoy life outside
The open natural plot is won­der­ful­ly un­dis­tur­bed, located at the end of a closed road and right next to a green belt – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the good weather. The lawn gives you plenty of space for garden games, and children can have fun building sandcast­les in the sandbox, swinging, sliding, or climbing in the play tower. If you feel like sitting pea­ce­ful­ly with a good cup of coffee while listening to birdsong and watching the clouds drift by, you can settle down on one of the house’s terraces. One is partially covered, while the other is sheltered by a windbreak – and here you’ll also find an outdoor grill fireplace, allowing you to cook under the open sky or simply enjoy the glow of the flames as night falls.

Common area
The holiday home is located in a unique area where the common area plays a major role. Here you can enjoy an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions and you can freely and un­li­mi­ted­ly choose between the following acti­vi­ties; Football golf with 9 holes, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, Disc Golf and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, where there are also ba­sket­ball nets. If you fancy beach vol­ley­ball, this is also an option, and if you want to keep in shape, there are several fitness stations. For the younger guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip wire, balance beam, spider web and seesaw. After the day's acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can build a fire or enjoy an evening stroll on the hiking and cycling trail that takes you all around the area.

A large communal area stretches through the middle of the holiday home neig­h­bor­hood, inviting you and your family to have fun together. Whether you want to play vol­ley­ball, ba­sket­ball, or mini golf, spend hours at the play­gro­und, or stay fit using the outdoor fitness equipment, there’s something for everyone. If you're up for a scenic hike, the 11-kilometre circular route Tranum–Fosdal comes highly recom­men­ded. And whether you go by bike or car, you’ll quickly reach Tranum Strand or one of the many other beautiful beaches along the Jam­mer­bugt coast.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
