Welcome inside

There is room for both to­get­her­ness and re­laxa­tion – whether you gather around a board game at the dining table or unwind on the sofa with a good book. As a flexible feature, the TV is placed on wheels, making it easy to move around and position exactly where it suits your holiday best. The wood-burning stove serves as the natural gathering point on cooler days, where the crackling flames create warmth and coziness. At the same time, an energy-efficient heat pump ensures a com­fortab­le indoor climate all year round. The house includes three good bedrooms with com­fortab­le double beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, each offering its own sense of well-being – one with a spa and sauna, where you can pamper yourself after a day in nature, and the other pra­cti­cal­ly fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, which also has ba­sket­ball hoops. If you would like to play beach vol­ley­ball, that is also possible, and if you want to stay in shape, there are several different fitness stations. For the youngest guests, there is a large sandbox, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip line, balance beam, climbing net, and seesaw. After a day full of acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut, where you can light a fire, or enjoy an evening walk along the area’s hiking and cycling paths that take you around the entire area.
