If you are looking for a large holiday home where both children and adults can truly play, relax, and enjoy life, take a closer look at this spa and activity house located in the heart of Tranum Ferieby – right next to a huge shared area that is a true paradise filled with sports and play fa­ci­li­ties.

Welcome inside

The 101 m² holiday home was built in 2011 and renovated in 2021, and it is ready to provide the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing holiday. Indoors there is space for eight people, as the house offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms as well as two mattres­ses on the loft. There is even a TV up here, making the loft a perfect cosy corner during the day.

The layout also includes two bathrooms, the largest of which is equipped with a spa bath and sauna. If you feel like unwinding, it is wonderful to sink into a warm bath – unless you prefer to relax in the com­fortab­le seating in the living room. The living room features a built-in fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, and an open con­nection to the well-equipped kitchen. The terrace doors make it easy to step outside and enjoy the outdoor areas. You also have easy access to the annex, which has been set up as an activity room with table tennis, pool, table football, and darts.

Enjoy life outside

A large part of your holiday can easily be spent playing table tennis tour­na­ments and enjoying warm spa baths – but it is also wonderful to relax outdoors and soak up the sun on the fantastic terrace. The terrace is spacious, partly covered, and nicely sheltered, making it a lovely place for barbecues, playing in the sandbox, or taking an afternoon nap on the sun loungers.

Shared area

The holiday home is located in a truly unique area where the shared outdoor space plays an important role. Here you have excellent op­portu­ni­ties for an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions, and you can freely choose between a wide range of acti­vi­ties: 9-hole football golf, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, a krolf course with croquet holes, and disc golf. There are many op­portu­ni­ties for football, both on the grass and on the street court, where ba­sket­ball hoops are also available. If you enjoy beach vol­ley­ball, that is also an option, and there are several fitness stations if you want to stay active.

For the youngest guests there is a large sandbox, swings, a play tower, slide, playhouse, zip line, balance beam, climbing net, and seesaw. After a day of acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can light a fire, or enjoy an evening walk along the area’s walking and cycling trails that take you around the entire holiday area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Tranum Ferieby is located in some of the most beautiful nature in North Jutland. You can explore the sur­ro­un­dings directly from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum and follow the 11 km hiking route that leads all the way to Fosdalen. A walk along the North Sea is always recom­men­ded – or even a swim when the weather allows. Tranum Beach is only a few ki­lo­metres away, making a trip to the water an easy and enjoyable part of your daily holiday routine.

There are excellent op­portu­ni­ties to pick wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and mushrooms in the nearby plan­ta­tions, including the area around Bre­desan­de. In Tranum you can do your daily shopping, while the nearby towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev offer charming specialty shops and re­stau­rants throug­hout the year. If you want to play golf, go shopping in Aalborg, or try all the at­tra­ctions at Fårup Som­mer­land, these ex­pe­ri­en­ces are also within easy reach.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
