Welcome to this cosy holiday home, beau­ti­ful­ly located on elevated ground with a fantastic view. There is a very special and won­der­ful­ly relaxing at­mosp­he­re in this holiday home on Kollerup Klitvej. This is partly due to the bright, stylish interior and the stunning view across the open landscape – and the knowledge that Kollerup Plan­ta­tion begins just a few hundred metres away certainly adds to the charm.

Welcome inside

Situated on a high corner plot at Svinkløvvej and Kollerup Klitvej, this ta­ste­ful­ly decorated holiday home enjoys a truly unique location. From the large south-facing window, you can enjoy panoramic views of the nearby village with its church tower as well as the sur­ro­un­ding co­un­trysi­de. The house was built in 2007, and as expected from a newer holiday home, both fun­ctio­na­li­ty, comfort, and ae­sthe­ti­cs have been carefully con­si­de­red.

On the practical side, you will find eve­ryt­hing you need for a great holiday – including a well-equipped open kitchen, three com­fortab­le bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet with a washing machine. The large bathroom also features a whirlpool, which certainly adds an extra touch of luxury to your holiday stay. The bright and stylish décor extends throug­hout the home, including the living room, which features high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and a large south-facing window section. This not only provides excellent natural light but also allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the sur­ro­un­ding fields while relaxing around the dining table or on the sofa.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home offers a spacious terrace en­viron­ment with several seating areas to choose from. Perhaps you start the day with your morning coffee on the east-facing terrace, and later move the garden furniture with the sun towards the south or west – unless you prefer to settle on the covered part of the terrace for a relaxing siesta in the shade.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located on the edge of Kollerup Plan­ta­tion, a scenic forest area con­si­sting of both spruce and deciduous trees. From the viewpoint known as “Toppen” in the plan­ta­tion, you can enjoy an im­pres­si­ve view over Jam­mer­bug­ten, stret­ching from Svinkløvene in the northeast to Bulbjerg in the west. The plan­ta­tion also offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for foraging, as well as well-marked hiking and mountain biking routes that connect to Svinkløv Plan­ta­tion and Slet­te­strand. The beautiful bathing beaches of Jam­mer­bug­ten are just 4.5 km away, and the town of Fjer­rits­lev – with several su­per­mar­kets and good shopping options – is only 2 km from the house.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
