This beautiful, architect-designed wooden holiday home offers an excellent floor plan, stylish interior design, and a bright, welcoming at­mosp­he­re. Built in 2013 as a high-quality property, the house invites you into light and elegant sur­ro­un­dings.
The view is espe­ci­al­ly im­pres­si­ve from the main living area, which is ta­ste­ful­ly furnished with a sofa area, dining table, wood-burning stove, and a modern open-plan kitchen. Thanks to the generous kitchen size, there is plenty of space for preparing meals, and the kitchen also features several thought­ful details, including a large built-in chopping board and a Quooker providing instant boiling water from the tap.
The cooker is placed in an unheated con­necting room/con­ser­va­tory, which also includes an outdoor kitchen and grill. With large skylights and sliding doors on both sides, this space creates a beautiful tran­si­tion between indoor and outdoor living.
The well-designed layout also includes two bathrooms and three bedrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom located se­pa­ra­te­ly on one side of the con­necting room.

Thanks to the outdoor kitchen and grill, you have the perfect setting for cooking during the summer months, with direct access to the wooden terrace if you wish to enjoy your meals outdoors. Part of the terrace area forms a secluded oasis between the house and the carport. Even though it is sheltered, the view across the open landscape remains truly stunning.
The 1,279 m² plot offers plenty of space for outdoor acti­vi­ties, including a swing set for children, a fire pit, and ample room for garden games and ball games on the lawn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The quiet, closed Aspevej is part of a charming holiday home area located just south of Kollerup Plan­ta­tion. The forest is close by, making it ideal for hiking or mountain biking, with well-marked trails and MTB routes in both Kollerup and Svinkløv Plan­ta­tion.
A swim in the North Sea can easily become part of your holiday, as the beautiful beaches of Jam­mer­bug­ten are only a few ki­lo­metres away. Grocery shopping is con­ve­ni­ent­ly done in the cosy town of Fjer­rits­lev, where you can also browse shops, visit the cinema or swimming pool, or enjoy a round of golf.

Please remember that you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from our office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
