Holiday home for seven and a dog near Thorup Strand

Up to seven people and one dog can stay in this lovely holiday home located on Tyttebærstien 4 near Thorup Strand. Everyone can look forward to relaxing in cosy sur­ro­un­dings inside the house as well as out on the sunny terrace – when you are not out exploring the scenic sur­ro­un­dings near the North Sea and Vester Thorup Klit­plan­ta­ge.

Welcome inside

The 91 m² holiday home stands out beau­ti­ful­ly with its blue-painted wooden façade on the green plot. Indoors, the high ceilings and the tasteful, cosy fur­nis­hin­gs create a pleasant at­mosp­he­re, and in the living room the large gable window lets plenty of natural light stream inside. A wood-burning stove adds both warmth and at­mosp­he­re on cooler days – and when the weather is more summery, you can prepare iced coffee in the open kitchen and bring it out to the terrace instead.

From the entrance hall you have access to the house’s four good bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Enjoy life outside

The terrace spreads along the south side of the house, where you have a great chance of finding a com­fortab­le spot with both sun and shelter. There is also a covered area if you prefer shade or would like to stay outside in the evening without worrying about the falling dew.

The plot is simply arranged with sur­ro­un­ding planting and a large lawn, and for the children there is a swing set.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

From Tyttebærstien you can enjoy a lovely walk to the beach if you would like to swim in the North Sea or continue your walk along the coastline of Jam­mer­bug­ten. At the old landing site at Thorup Strand you may be lucky enough to see the fishing boats returning from the sea and being pulled up onto the beach.

You can also stop by the popular fish house, where you can buy fresh fish to take home – unless you choose to stay and enjoy fish and chips or other delicious dishes with a view of the beach and the sea. In Vester Thorup Klit­plan­ta­ge you can visit the forest play­gro­und or explore the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, and if you are looking for even more nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, you can visit Bulbjerg and Vejlerne or continue on to Na­tio­nal­park Thy.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can collect them directly from our office and return them once your holiday is over.
