Spacious and bright spa house in charming Lild Strand
House-ID: JB234This spacious and well-appointed holiday home is located in the small fishing village of Lild Strand, just a five-minute walk from the boat landing site and the North Sea.You’ll find some of Denmark’s most beautiful nature just outside the village, giving you plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling adventures – when you’re not relaxing at the holiday home itself, which offers wonderful features like a spa bath, sauna, wood-burning stove, and a sunny terrace environment.
Welcome inside
The holiday home is a lovely and well-maintained property with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. With 108 m² of space, the layout includes four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for up to eight people – perfect if you want to bring family or friends along.
One of the bathrooms features a spa bath and sauna, so after a day out in nature, you can treat yourself and your loved ones to an afternoon of wellness and relaxation.
The living room is also a great place to unwind – enjoy books, movies, or card games in the cozy sofa area, perhaps with a fire crackling in the wood-burning stove and the scent of freshly baked rolls drifting in from the open-plan kitchen.
Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot is shielded from the road by rosehip bushes, and on the western side of the house, a lovely, partially covered terrace area stretches out. A wooden fence provides shelter and privacy, and there are several sunny spots to choose from – perfect for lounging in a deck chair or setting the table for a delicious lunch under the open sky.
Part of the wooden terrace is raised as a viewing platform, offering a wonderful vantage point over the village of Lild Strand and a distant view of the sea on the horizon.
The terrace and garden are fully fenced, so your dog can move freely and safely during your holiday.
Get up close to the local attractions
From the house, it’s just a few hundred metres along Strandvejen to reach the landing site, where fishing boats are still pulled ashore by winch. If your timing is right, you can buy fresh fish directly from the boat, or visit Lildstrand Røgeri (smokehouse), which is even closer to the house.
This small fishing village is perfect if you love peace, quiet, and breathtaking natural surroundings.
To the east, follow the beach and the North Sea towards the bird cliff Bulbjerg; to the west stretches Denmark’s longest unbroken coastline, all the way to Vigsø.
Not only the open dune landscape, but also Lild Klit Plantation and Vejlerne Nature Reserve offer great excursions. Those interested in music and art should keep an eye out for events and exhibitions at Arte Museum & Gallery, TexHuset, and the Kirsten Kjærs Museum.
Remember, You can always borrow pull-along wagons, highchairs, and cots from us at Feriepartner Jammerbugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
