In the living room, both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump ensure a pleasant indoor climate and add to the classic holiday home ambience on cooler days, while large windows let in plenty of natural light and bring the sur­ro­un­ding nature right into the room. Here, the family can gather for enjoyable meals, cosy board games or quiet moments with views of the dunes.
The holiday home ac­com­moda­tes up to 5 guests, spread across three cosy bedrooms, all decorated in the same relaxed holiday style as the rest of the house. This makes it an ideal choice for both families and couples looking for a holiday close to nature and the North Sea. The kitchen and living area are open-plan, making it easy to spend time together whether you are cooking, playing cards or simply unwinding after a day at the beach or out in nature.

Enjoy life outside
Several lovely terraces surround the house, allowing you to find a spot in the sun or shelter at any time of day. From the living room, there is access to a cosy covered terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or long summer evenings while the wind gently rustles through the beach grass around the house. The elevated location creates a special feeling of being close to nature, and at the same time the beach is only about 120 metres away. This makes it easy to head down to the North Sea for a re­fres­hing morning swim, long walks along the shoreline or peaceful evenings watching the sun set over the sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Tranum Strand is known for its calm and unspoilt nature, with wide sandy beaches, high dunes and large protected natural areas. The area is perfect for both re­laxa­tion and active outdoor holidays. Not far from the house lies Fosdalen – one of Jam­mer­bug­ten’s most im­pres­si­ve natural at­tra­ctions – where hilly paths and lush slopes create an almost fairytale-like at­mosp­he­re.
For those seeking active ex­pe­ri­en­ces, the area around Slet­te­strand is a true paradise, offering some of Denmark’s best MTB routes with trails through forests, hills and open landsca­pes that attract mountain bikers from across the country. You can also enjoy hiking or running in the varied terrain or spend a relaxing day by the beach. A visit to the iconic Svinkløv Badehotel is also an obvious choice. Beau­ti­ful­ly situated among dunes and plan­ta­tion forest, the hotel offers a unique at­mosp­he­re, excellent food and classic Danish seaside hotel charm.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
