You enter the house's large common room, living room, kitchen and dining area with high ceilings and access to the two children's rooms on the ‘first floor’.
In the living room, you will find a lovely corner sofa, perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a film, perhaps playing a game on the PlayStation 3, or gathering around the dining table for a good board game.
From the large common room, there is access to a bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side, by a small hallway, you will find the second bedroom and access to a bathroom with a spa bath. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The living room has direct access to the lovely terrace and the beautiful enclosed garden.

Exploring the local area.
Kulhuse is located between Roskilde and the Isefjords at the top of the Hornsherred peninsula. Here you can enjoy nature and the area's lovely child-friendly beaches right by the marina. The holiday home at Kulhuse is located in a scenic area near Nordskoven forest, with marked cycling and walking routes that can take you to the old oak trees with over 1500 years of history. The Great Oak of Snoegen and the King Oak, which is the only one still alive, are Northern Europe's oldest oak trees.
Visit Jægerspris Castle – the ice cream shops in the middle of the main street, where Poulsens Is has a history dating back to 1913.
There are several walking and cycling routes in the area around Kulhuse. You can take the Columbus ferry from Kulhuse to Sølager and explore Arresø, Denmark's largest lake, or go to Hundested with its cosy restaurants by the harbour and various art and speciality shops.
Get a taste of the local area by stopping at the many farm shops and specialty shops in North Zealand. Several restaurants also focus on local and organic ingredients. You will easily find several delicacies to take back to your holiday home.
