Welcome inside.

Make yourselves comfortable on the sofas in the living room, arrange a fun movie night or board games and chat late into the evening.

Come outside.

You are welcomed by a large garden, which will undergo further modernisation in 2026. Step directly from the living room onto the lovely terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee while your children play happily in the garden. Let loose with a game (there is a king's game and croquet available) and round off the day with a delicious meal from the barbecue.

Enjoy the local experiences.

A pleasant walk or use the house's 4 bicycles down to the Isefjord, with child-friendly swimming opportunities and fantastic sailing conditions if you have a kayak - or for kitesurfing.

Dalby Huse is a small and scenic settlement near Jægerspris. It is known for its peaceful atmosphere. In Jægerspris, you can visit the old castle and treat yourself to an ice cream from Poulsens Isbod, which has been selling ice cream since 1913.

The area borders both forest and water and offers access to a range of recreational opportunities. It is about an hour's drive from Copenhagen. This makes it an attractive location if you want to experience Denmark's capital city with all that a big city has to offer, or Denmark's first capital, Roskilde, with its cathedral and abundance of restaurants.
