Welcome inside

Here you will find a fantastic house with uninterrupted views of the Isefjord in the heart of Kulhuse.

You enter the beautiful house, which is bright and in excellent condition. From the living room, dining area and kitchen, you can enjoy the fantastic uninterrupted view of the fjord. One bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is another large bathroom with high-quality materials. The second bedroom has access from the living room.

The house has a basement with a double bedroom and storage space (for kayaks/bicycles) available for tenants.

Step outside.

The living room opens onto the raised terrace, which also offers beautiful views of the water. Here you can enjoy the sun and the most amazing sunsets.

Dinner can be prepared on the barbecue while you enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.

There is also room for games on the lawn in front of the house.

Explore the surroundings.

Kulhuse is located between Roskilde and the Isefjords at the top of the Hornsherred peninsula. Here you can enjoy nature and the area's lovely child-friendly beaches right by the marina. The holiday home at Kulhuse is located in a scenic area near Nordskoven forest, where there are marked cycling/walking routes that can take you to the old oak trees with over 1500 years of history. The Snoegen and Kongeegen oak trees are the oldest oak trees in Northern Europe. Visit Jægerspris Castle – the ice cream shops in the middle of the main street, where Poulsens Is has a history dating back to 1913.

There are several hiking and cycling routes in the area around Kulhuse. You can take the Columbus ferry from Kulhuse to Sølager and explore Arresø, Denmark's largest lake, or go to Hundested with its cosy restaurants by the harbour and various art and specialty shops.

Get a taste of the local area by stopping at the many farm shops and specialty shops in North Zealand. Several restaurants also focus on local and organic ingredients. You will easily find several delicacies to take back to your holiday home.

The nearest major cities:

Frederikssund, approx. 17 km away.

Roskilde (Denmark's old capital) approx. 43 km

Copenhagen (Denmark's capital) approx. 59 km.

Once you have experienced the holiday atmosphere in Kulhuse and the surrounding area, you will know where to spend your next holiday.
