Come on in.

Step inside this newly built house from 2025, made entirely of wood to blend in with the surroundings. The house has an open kitchen/dining area and living room 2 steps up, with double sleeping accommodation and an amazing view of the Isefjord.

Lovely bathroom with shower, separate bedroom with room for 2 people. Closet with storage space for tenants' clothes.

Enjoy life outside.

Use the terrace with its fantastic view of the fjord. Small areas of grass are kept down, but otherwise the grounds and the area down towards the water are in harmony with nature. Small paths lead down to the water, where there is a lovely child-friendly bathing beach.

Underneath the house in the garage, there are 2 kayaks that you can use, and there is also space to store your own bicycles in dry weather.

Get close to local experiences

In the old, charming Kulhuse, there is a harbour and a child-friendly sandy beach, the large Nordskov forest within easy reach, with marked cycling and walking routes - experience the more than 1000-year-old oak trees, listen to and smell the magnificent nature. The fjord is also good for fishing, and the ferry connection takes you across the fjord to Sølager. You can also quickly reach Hundested, which has a brewery, glassworks and craft workshops. In Kulhuse harbour, you can also see the remains of the Englænderskansen defence fortification, built against the English in 1808 to protect the cannon factory in Frederiksværk. The forest also contains the royal hunting lodge from 1857. In Jægerspris, you can explore the old castle and treat yourself to an ice cream from Poulsens Isbod, which has been selling ice cream since 1913. Jægerspris Mill is still in operation, and you can also buy fresh flour there in the summer. A little further away is the nearest town, Frederikssund, where you can shop and eat out.

Roskilde (approx. 35 minutes by car) with its Viking museum, cathedral and walks along the fjord.

Distance to Copenhagen (Denmark's capital) approx. 55 minutes by car.
