Welcome inside
The holiday home is spread over three levels, offering a total of 221 m² for you to enjoy – more than enough space to invite friends and family along. There are sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments for six adults and two children, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor, as well as a double sofa bed in the upstairs living room. The ground floor also includes a lovely living space where you can enjoy board games by the wood-burning stove, shared cooking sessions, and cosy dinners around the dining table. When it’s time for fun and games, there’s a gaming console in the house, and in the basement activity room, you can challenge each other to games of pool and darts. If, on the other hand, you’re in the mood for total re­laxa­tion, you can unwind in the sauna.

Enjoy life outside
Each level of the house has direct access to the outdoors – the first floor features a covered terrace, while both the ground floor and the basement offer spacious deck areas. In other words, you have plenty of options for finding the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air – and with a bit of luck, you’ll be able to settle into a seat with a beautiful view of the green landscape stret­ching west of the house. The plot spans an im­pres­si­ve 4,503 m², providing plenty of lawn space to run and play in the peaceful, scenic sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you're not content with admiring the view from the house and garden, you can head out on foot or by bike to explore the beautiful area around Virksund. The landscape along Lovns Bredning and Hjarbæk Fjord is truly cap­ti­vat­ing, and if you’re up for a swim, a kayak trip, or a pad­dle­bo­ard adventure, the charming local beach is the perfect starting point. From the holiday home, it’s easy to reach Virksund Marina, where you can grab an ice cream and soak up the maritime at­mosp­he­re. The local campsite is also a great neighbour to have – it features a mini-golf course and a pizzeria.
