When spending your holiday in Gjel­lero­d­de, you’ll likely want to spend much of your time by the Limfjord or exploring the beautiful nature sur­ro­un­ding you – but staying indoors is just as tempting in the com­fortab­le and well-appointed sur­ro­un­dings of this home. The spacious bathroom with spa and sauna is perfect for laid-back re­laxa­tion, and the wood-burning stove in the living room adds a warm and inviting ambiance outside of the high season. While dinner takes care of itself in the oven in the open kitchen, you can unwind with a crossword on the sofa or play darts with your loved ones – and once the meal is over, and you’ve finished your film or card game, it’s time to retreat to one of the three cosy bedrooms for a good night’s rest.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is pea­ce­ful­ly located at the end of a small side street off Porsevej, and on a bright and mild summer’s day, the spacious terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy life. Part of the southeast-facing terrace is covered, while the rest is com­ple­te­ly open, giving you options whether you want to sip your morning coffee in the first rays of sun or enjoy a quiet evening with freshly grilled food. The garden features play equipment for the youngest guests, and the large lawn invites both children and adults to enjoy games and fun outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Nature lovers in the family can truly look forward to exploring the hilly sur­ro­un­dings, and if you’re up for an active holiday, make sure to bring your fishing gear, surfboard, or bicycle. Gjel­lero­d­de Beach is just 300 metres away and is ideal for swimming for both kids and adults thanks to the shallow water and bathing jetty during the season. Near the beach, you’ll find a cosy café and a great play­gro­und, and the local golf course is just a couple of ki­lo­metres away. From the house, it’s also easy to reach the centre of Lemvig either by car or bike, and if you feel like spending the day by the North Sea, you’re just a scenic drive through open farmland away.
