Lovely holiday home for 18 pers with view across the sea on South Funen

Un­tra­di­tio­nal holiday home (265m) located idyl­li­cal­ly just outside the holiday home area Horne Som­mer­land with a view across the fields and the sea. This holiday is renovated in 2014. The house is two-storeyed with 4 bedrooms and two sleeps in the passage on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The house also includes a modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with dining section and sofas. Besides, there is a scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor and an extra toilet with tiled floors on the 1 floor.

There is un­der­floor-heating all over the house with wooden floors on the 1 floor and tiled floors on the ground floor. The house is heated with a geo­t­her­mal heating.There is lots of space for acti­vi­ties around the house as the house is sur­ro­un­ded by a large garden plot (10,000 m2) with trees and bushes. There are several terraces with shelter from the wind, a fire pit and a large lawn which is perfect for ball games. By the house there is an activity room with table tennis, table football.

The area

Horne Som­mer­land is a minor holiday home area which is only 9 km away from Fåborg. South Funen is known for its very special and hilly nature with Svanninge Bakker, the so-called Funish Alps, and the beautiful and unique ar­chipela­go. The idyllical harbour town Fåborg is only 10 minutes away by car with nice shops, cultural sights, re­stau­rants and an indoor swimming-pool. South Funen has a lot to offer. Take a day trip to the islands of Lyø, Avernakø or Ærø. The ferry leaves daily from the harbour in Faaborg. Egeskov Castle, which is one of Funen´s largest at­tra­ctions, is also worth a visit as well as Odense, Funen´s largest town, which is only 45 minutes away by car from the area.
