Cozy wooden house very idyllically situated right next to open fields, and view to Præstø Fjord in the distance. The area is rich in wildlife - deer, hares and sometimes you are lucky to see sea eagle circle over the water and the fields. If you go down to the shallow water there is a nice bathing bridge. Visit the beautiful town of Præstø, located at Præstø Fjord, which is one of South Zealand's best trading cities. Peaked cobblestone, nice atmosphere, good service, lovely shops and cafes. Not least lots of atmosphere and beautiful harbor environment.
At the house you find a lovely, large covered wooden terrace with good garden furniture - here you can sit and enjoy a delicious lunch and a good cup of coffee - watching the magnificent scenery of the nature. It's really just amazing. In the garden there is a small, but not shielded, goldfish pond.
Entrance from terrace to a nice bright living room with cozy dining area and sofa beds with TV, and a small, good wood burning stove. The living room is in open connection with nice kitchen area. Here is a gas cooker with 4 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle and everything else in service and cooking utensils.
From living room access to1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed - no door between living room and bedroom.

From the kitchen / living room you go 3 steps down to the nice utility room with washing machine and drying rack. Here you also find the fuse box..
Entrance of 1 room with 2 single beds - and one of the beds is an elevation bed.
