Holiday home in a good location in a quiet area, which offers 3 bedrooms with room for 2 people in each. A bathroom with WC, shower cabin and sauna. A modern kitchen-dining room in open connection with the large living room, where there is room for the whole family.
From the living room there is also access to the terrace, where it is possible to have 2 more people sleeping, as the house's shed has been rebuilt and now contains a double bed.
Enjoy life outside
Outside, the house offers a lovely south-facing wooden terrace, where the sun can be enjoyed all day long. In the garden, there is a small swing set for the little ones, while there is also plenty of space for a barbecue or ball games.
Get up close to the local attractions
With a location in southern Marielyst, close to both Marielyst Enge, Bøtøskoven and the bird reserve, and still only a short walk to the lovely beach, there are plenty of options nearby. In addition, it is only a short drive to the center of Marielyst, and the various shopping opportunities that the area offers.
