A charming and cozy summer house located in beautiful Bøtø, where peace, nature, and proximity to the beach go hand in hand. The house is situated in a lovely, quiet area and is only a short walk from the sea – perfect for long days by the water and re­fres­hing walks along the dike.

The summer house is ideal for both family holidays and cozy stays with friends, where to­get­her­ness and re­laxa­tion are in focus. It ac­com­moda­tes up to 6 guests, with 2 nice bedrooms as well as a large, inviting loft with high ceilings, creating extra space and a special at­mosp­he­re.

The living room is the natural gathering point of the house with a cozy wood-burning stove that invites you to calm evenings filled with warmth, presence, and re­laxa­tion. The stylish interior creates a warm and welcoming at­mosp­he­re where you im­me­di­a­te­ly feel at home and can truly unwind.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, a large, beautiful garden awaits with a lovely fire pit, where evenings can be extended under the open sky in good company.

The house also offers both a covered and an open terrace, so there is always a sunny spot to be found – whether for your morning coffee, relaxing in the sun loungers, or for children playing in the garden.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home has a fantastic location, with approx. 850 meters to the most beautiful sandy beach and only around 4 km to Marielyst Torv.

Several popular at­tra­ctions such as Golf & Fun Park, Super Bowling Marielyst, the golf club, and Marielyst Go-Kart & Paintball are all within easy cycling distance.

The grocery store at Lupin Torv is only approx. 600 meters from the house, while Marielyst town centre offers a wide selection of shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
