Modern holiday home which contains almost eve­ryt­hing the heart desires, but at least sets the perfect frame for a good and relaxing holiday. The house offers a small entrance in con­nection with the kitchen, access to nice tiled bathroom with shower and WC. 2 good bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the other contains a double bed of 140x200 cm + a single bed. The living room also has a good sleeping couch.

From the kitchen there is a walk-through to the lovely living room, which offers a dining table, sofa section and exit to the terrace.

Outdoor
Outside, the property offers a beautiful covered wooden terrace, as well as a drop to the garden, which is well planted with trees and shrubs all around.

Location
Located in a new cottage area on Marielyst, yet close to both the beach, shopping and Marielyst square. The holiday home is also a short distance from Marielyst Golf & Fun Park, as well as Marielyst Paintball and Go-kart Center.
