The holiday home features three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed, and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. It is perfect for families who want to share wonderful moments together. The interior is warm and inviting, with a focus on togetherness and connection – whether it’s long evenings playing board games, quiet mornings with a cup of coffee, or relaxing days throughout the year.

The location couldn’t be better – the beach and the local shop are just a short distance away, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. Just a short drive brings you to mini-golf, a golf course, the Bøtø Forest, and the many wonderful experiences that Marielyst and the rest of Falster have to offer.

**Dear Guests,**
Welcome to Rørhvenehytten.
This is the first summer I am renting out my holiday home since I bought it in 2019.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a note in the guestbook, especially if you notice anything that needs attention or could be improved.
Since 2019, this house has been the setting for many wonderful moments with my three children, their spouses, and my four grandchildren.
**Here is some practical information:**
* Cushions for the chairs, sofa, and sun loungers are stored in the annex. You are also welcome to leave your suitcases there.
* The electricity meter is located by the house in case a fuse needs to be replaced.
* Extra pots and bowls can be found in the entrance hall behind the curtain.
* The lawn is mowed on Wednesdays in even-numbered weeks. Please move your car off the grass on those days.
* Please always use the full flush when using the toilet, as the drains may become blocked otherwise.
* We would be very grateful if you could water the potted plants on the terrace whenever needed. Thank you!
* Board games and drawing supplies are available in the back rooms if you would like to use them.
