From the living room there is access to the house's beautiful terrace.

There are good cycle paths and along the coast you can go for a walk in the beautiful nature. From the house there is approx. 1500 meters to Marielyst Torv, where there are shopping op­portu­ni­ties, shopping op­portu­ni­ties and various places to eat. In addition, there is a short distance to other acti­vi­ties at Marielyst, such as Golf & Fun, Marielyst Gokart and Marielyst Bowling.
