This cozy cottage offers a well-appointed layout that fits perfectly with the relaxed holiday at­mosp­he­re.

The house has a small entrance hall, from which there is access to the bathroom, which is equipped with both a toilet and a shower. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal and has a small dining area for two - ideal for morning coffee or a quick meal.

There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the other with two bunk beds - Good for both adults and children.

The heart of the house is the bright and inviting living room, which contains both a sofa corner and a dining area. From here there is direct access to a lovely terrace and the green garden, where you can enjoy the sun and the peace.

Please note that there is no internet in the house!

Enjoy life outside
The cottage is located on a 1008 m² plot and offers a lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for cozy meals under the open sky. The ac­com­pa­nying garden is beautiful and spacious with plenty of space for playing, playing ball and relaxing for the whole family.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house has a wonderful location close to both the beach and city life. It is only 800 meters to the popular beach and about 1 kilometer to Marielyst Torv – all within a short walking distance. At the same time, there is easy access to the area's many acti­vi­ties and ex­pe­ri­en­ces, which make the holiday both fun and varied.
